When a new team member signs up for Zenzap using an email address from your company’s verified domain (e.g., name@yourcompany.com), they will be automatically added to your workspace. Note:
  • Admins can view the active auto-join domain within the Admin Settings.
  • The workspace creator must sign up using the company email domain for this feature to be enabled. If the workspace was created with a personal email, auto-join will not be active.
  • If you need to add or change an auto-join email domain, please contact our support team at support@zenzap.co.
